Return & Cancellation Policy

The booking amount is non-refundable. 2.All our bookings are on a First Come, First Serve basis. Bookings are nontransferable, non-adjustable, and cannot be rescheduled. 3.Trips can be rescheduled only if informed 45 days prior to the departure date, subject to the availability of preferred dates. 4.In case of cancellation from the customer's end, the booking amount shall neither be refunded nor adjusted under any circumstances. 5.Photos and videos created during DSTRAVELSINDIA trips (by DSTRAVELSINDIA content creators or clients) are the property of DSTRAVELSINDIA and may be used for advertising and promotional purposes across various media platforms. 6.All IDs will be verified before boarding. No traveler will be allowed to board without a valid Government-issued ID. 7.Transfer of bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel. 8.DSTRAVELSINDIA reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary or transportation due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, political situations, local union issues, or any other unforeseen events. 9.Every traveler must carry an original Government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) during the journey. 10.DSTRAVELSINDIA shall not be held responsible for any natural or man-made calamities. All destinations and activities are approved and conducted under the guidance of trained professionals. However, in the event of any injury or accident during adventure activities or travel, DSTRAVELSINDIA shall not be liable. 11.For any changes or updates in the booking, customers must inform DSTRAVELSINDIA in advance. 12.In case of adverse weather conditions or changes in local government regulations, scheduled activities may be modified or cancelled without prior notice. 13.Any misconduct, nuisance, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. DSTRAVELSINDIA reserves the right to cancel such bookings without any refund at any stage of the trip. 14.DSTRAVELSINDIA reserves the right to cancel the trip or individual bookings without prior notice if required under exceptional circumstances.
